Custom portraits are done on a commission basis, and require 2-3 weeks working time for completion prior to shipping. Because of the nature of custom portraits, works cannot be refunded. The quality of the portraits are largely dependent on the photos you provide, so the bigger and higher quality the image, the better the portrait will be.
